UUM LAW REVIEW ARTICLE WRITING WORKSHOP 2025

UUMLR successfully organized the Article Writing Workshop 2025 on March 9, 2025. The objective of the Article Writing Workshop was to provide LLB students with practical experience in writing a proper and effective legal article.

UUMLR is honoured to have Mr Izzat Asyraf Zamri, a Partner at Azmi & Associates specializing in Civil Litigation, with a focus on corporate and commercial disputes. His expertise includes contractual and tortious claims, construction disputes, defamation, and complex land acquisitions. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including public-listed companies, government agencies, private entities, and individuals, across all levels of the Malaysian courts. We appreciate Mr Izzat for sharing his immerse knowledge and valuable tips in deepening our understanding of how to write a great law article!

 

We hope that this workshop provides the participants an opportunity to improve clarity and precision in writing, enhance problem-solving abilities, and reduce the risk of errors in law article writing. It is extremely beneficial, especially for law students, as it is an essential skill for assignments, exams, and future work!
