UUM LAW REVIEW ARTICLE WRITING WORKSHOP 2024

UUMLR successfully organized the Article Writing Workshop 2024 on January 15, 2024. The objective of the Article Writing Workshop was to provide LLB students with practical experience in writing a proper and effective legal article.

UUMLR is honoured to have Mr Louis Liaw Vern Xian, an experienced Employment Lawyer specialising in Employment-related Dispute Resolution and Advisory as the speaker for our workshop. He is recognized for his extensive experience and expertise particularly in writing, editing, and reporting on legal resources such as articles and case laws in relation to the field. We appreciate Mr Louis for sharing his immerse knowledge and valuable tips in deepening our understanding of how to write a great law article!

 

We hope that this workshop provides the participants an opportunity to improve clarity and precision in writing, enhance problem-solving abilities, and reduce the risk of errors in law article writing. It is extremely beneficial, especially for law students, as it is an essential skill for assignments, exams, and future work!
