Abstract
This article aims to examine the practice of freedom of speech in Malaysia as prescribed under Article 10 of the Federal Constitution and the restriction that limits it. It is important to review the applicability and whether the limitations that are imposed infringed the right of the people to express themself, especially in our democratic society. This article will also include examples of laws that limit free speech in our country.
